Location is fantastic, just a short walk to Universal. Pool area is nice but wasn't heated. There was a noisy gap under the door that let in light. They had table tennis available, which was a fun surprise.

I found this hotel to be an absolute bargain as it was just a 20-minute walk to Universal Studios and minutes away from amazing amenities like the Orlando International Premium Outlets and various dining options, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable while having a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. The complimentary water dispenser was a nice touch, providing refreshing options after a day out, but I did notice the Indian restaurant's smell outdoors was a bit overwhelming.

Perfect location for a Universal visit, with friendly staff and a unique color scheme that brightens the atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, but some amenities were hit-or-miss; the fridge froze our food, and the air conditioning could be noisy. The coffee maker was also a bit dirty. Enjoyed the simple café for breakfast, although prices seemed high for what was offered. The pool area was nice, always clean with welcoming warm water. Short walks to restaurants and the Premium Outlets made for convenient dining options after a day of fun.

The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The AC was strong, keeping the temperature just right. There was a small seating area with a sofa and a dining table, which was a nice touch, but lacked a microwave. The bathroom had good water pressure and always hot water, but there were signs of wear, including hair on the tub floor. Noise from the stairway sometimes disrupted relaxation. It was convenient to have a fridge, and the availability of plenty of towels was appreciated. The decor felt dated, even with a fresh coat of paint.

Excellent location near Universal. The room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff, particularly John at the front desk, were friendly and informative. The shuttle to the parks was convenient, although I recommend driving back at night to avoid inflated Uber prices. some drawbacks are worth noting. Housekeeping required daily calls, which is inconvenient after late nights. A protruding screw by the bed caused a minor injury, a safety oversight I hope they address. Noise from outside was disruptive, especially in the mornings. The refrigerator malfunctioned, raising safety concerns. Great potential, but attention to detail can elevate the experience significantly.

Room was clean, and staff promptly fixed a broken heater. Enjoyed the hot tub. Convenient location - a short walk to Universal Studios.
Bar service slow, room service request process inconvenient. Lack of communication during hurricane - hotel focused on cleanup, not guest comfort.

During Christmas, I had a blast at this place! The location was super close to the Universal parks, saving us a ton of time on commuting. Plus, the funky purple/grey/silver color scheme gave the hotel a unique vibe that stood out. The staff was friendly, and the room was always tidy with hot water and good TV channels.
On the downside, the bathroom had poor water pressure, and the hair dryer was subpar. It would be great if they invested in better bathroom facilities.

The fancy lobby with Star Trek seats and a stunning chandelier felt like a sci-fi dream. The outdoor pool and hot tub were the perfect spots to relax.
Who doesn't love being overcharged and having to chase refunds? A great start to my vacation!

My squad and I had a blast kicking it at the hotel, rolling out from there to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure! The proximity to the parks was LIT, making it super easy for us to hit up all the roller coasters and attractions without wasting time on travel.
Wish they had a cooler hangout spot with some sick beats for young peeps like us to vibe and chill after a wild day at the parks! .

We had a blast visiting the thrilling Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The spacious room accommodated our large family comfortably. The shuttle service was convenient for getting around easily. My children wanted a kids' club for activities.

I chose Clarion Inn for its walking distance to Universal Studios Florida, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access. The American cuisine at Roast Cafe was delightful, and the cosmopolitan restaurant serving Asian cuisine was a great highlight.
Property needs better security.

I was a bit disappointed that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. I enjoy having a cup of coffee in the morning without having to leave the room. it would have been nice to have a cozy sitting area with some garden furniture to relax outside. I did appreciate the am/fm alarm clock in the room, though. It was convenient for making sure I woke up on time. The housekeeping service was good in general, but I did notice that the laundry service was a bit slow. I also found the shuttle service to be very convenient, but I wish there was a free shuttle service to nearby attractions. A welcome drink upon arrival would have been a nice touch as well.

we typically enjoy staying at Clarion Inn, so this one was a good choice. the location was very convenient, close to Universal and lots of shops and restaurants. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to complain about, it was perfect. 😊

Our stay at this hotel was made enjoyable by its excellent location near Universal Studios. We were able to easily access the theme park through the convenient shuttle bus or a short Uber ride. The cafe on-site had delicious and reasonably priced food, making it a convenient option for meals. We also appreciated the comfortable beds in our clean and cozy room. The hotel served us well during our two days at Universal Studios.
There were some issues during our stay. The hotel did not live up to the expectations set by the photos and felt more like a cheap motel room.

Convenient location to Universal with walking distance and shuttle service. Pleasant pool and jacuzzi. Delicious Indian restaurant nearby.

clean rooms - very close to universal studios and orlando premium outlets - a great indian restaurant on-site - the front desk staff were friendly, and the air conditioning worked well.

We found insects in our room, and the staff promptly relocated us to a cleaner room. The location is perfect for visiting the nearby parks. we had a satisfactory stay at Clarion Inn. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
